Our Story

The Cypress Park Condominium Association, located at 140 S Cypress Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, manages a well-established community of 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units built circa 1977. There are 8 buildings, 150 units (6 two-story and 2 three-story), and the condos are approximately 936 square feet. The community amenities include a swimming pool, whirlpool, saunas, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and landscaped grounds. We are near Pompano City Hall, close to Publix and Walmart, and about 1.5 miles from the beach. We are a no-pets community.

Board of Directors

Our board of directors consists of elected, volunteer unit owners who, together with Accounting Edge and Management, oversee the condominium association’s daily operations, financial health, and long-term maintenance. They enforce rules and regulations, maintain common areas, manage budgets, and verify legal compliance to preserve property values and serve the community.
